Clients who receive a quotation for basement finishing services shall be eligible for the following discounts, based on the total quoted price:
3% Discount – Applicable to quotations valued between $10,000 and $25,000.
5% Discount – Applicable to quotations valued above $25,000 up to $50,000.
8% Discount – Applicable to quotations valued above $50,000 up to $75,000.
10% Discount – Applicable to quotations valued above $75,000.
All discounts are applied prior to taxes and may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, or incentives.
